Salon Policies

Booking Policy:

All scheduled appointments MUST be confirmed with a credit card on file. Appointments failed to be confirmed will be cancelled.
 
Confirmation emails and/or texts are sent at the time of appointment booking. A courtesy reminder email/text is also sent 72 hours before your scheduled appt. Do not reply to those emails/texts as they are not monitored.

At the time of booking you will receive a confirmation text/email. Please follow the link to confirm. This is the only way to confirm.

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedules with less then 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the booked service amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service amount. Please note, requests to cancel/reschedule after appointment time will still be marked as “no-show

Tardiness Policy:

Please note our stylists run a schedule, and although we will always try our best to accommodate you, your tardiness can affect the remainder of the day.

You will be allowed to a 15 minute grace period. If unable to arrive on time, you may have to forfeit your appointment. Forfeited appointments result in 100% charge of the scheduled services.
If this is a recurring situation, you will no longer be able to book future appointments.
 
We reserve the right to deny service due to amount of no-shows, late cancellations and tardiness.

All prices listed are STARTING prices. Pricing can vary depending on length, texture & density.

Service Guarantee:

Salon Nine28 is a team environment and our customer satisfaction is our utmost importance.

We offer complimentary adjustments to any hair color or haircut services within 7 days of service completion.
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon.

Clients are welcomed to come in with their original stylist or we can recommend a different stylist.

**Please note the service guarantee does not apply if the client decides to completely change the original look from their visit 7 days prior.

** Please note we DO NOT accept gratuities on credit cards. For your convenience, we accept CASH, VENMO, CASHAPP or ZELLE. **
