COVID-19 Guidelines:

Here are some new safety guidelines we must take on in order to keep everyone safe & healthy: 
 
1 - We are working by appointment only for the time being. If you need an appointment please feel free to call us or book it online. 
2- Please wear a mask upon entering the salon. If you need a mask please let us know as we will have them available. 
* Only available to patrons.*
3 - Because of occupancy limits, please do not bring loved ones to your appointment, UNLESS, they are also being serviced. 
4 - As we are partially eliminating our waiting area, magazines/treats will be temporarily unavailable. Feel free to bring your own magazines, books, ipads, etc. 
4 - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! If you are not feeling well we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment. 
 
We will also be doing our part:
-Your stylist will also be wearing a mask the whole time of service. 
-Because our appointments are staggered accordingly, we will be allowing extra time in between to conduct thorough cleaning & disinfecting of stations & tools after each client. 
-Hand sanitizers are placed all throughout the salon for your convenience. Please use them freely! 
-Our front desk will have a protective barrier/sneeze-guards for your safety and ours.
-When physically possible, we will maintain a social distancing of 6ft between clients.

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointments are very important to us. It is reserved especially for you.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

As a courtesy, confirmation emails & texts are sent 72 and 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please verify that we have your email address on file for confirmation emails too! 

We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

"No-shows" or appointments failed to be cancelled in a timely manner will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. Please note, certain appointments will require a credit card in order to hold appointment time.

All prices listed are STARTING prices. Pricing can vary depending on length, texture & density.

Service Guarantee:

Salon Nine28 is a team environment and our customer satisfaction is our utmost importance.

We offer complimentary adjustments to any hair color or haircut services within 7 days of service completion.
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon.

Clients are welcomed to come in with their original stylist or we can recommend a different stylist.

**Please note the service guarantee does not apply if the client decides to completely change the original look from their visit 7 days prior.

** Gratuities are CASH ONLY. For your convenience, Venmo is also available. **
